SEICAA’s Board of Directors is a tri-part body composed of Low-Income Sector Representatives, Public Sector Representatives, and Private Sector Representatives.

We encourage interested parties to apply for vacant seats when they become available.
Responsibilities
Members perform the following duties:
- Demonstrate a strong belief and commitment to SEICAA’s mission.
- Commit time to prepare for and participate in board and board committee meetings.
- Enthusiastically advocate SEICAA’s mission and programs.
- Assist with SEICAA fundraising efforts as needed.
- Attend trainings to enhance expertise.
- Recruit new board members as needed.
Members should further:
- Exhibit high ethical standards and integrity.
- Be a team player.
- Possess knowledge of non-profit fiduciary responsibilities.
Qualifications
Low-Income Sector Representatives must be either qualify according to CSBG low-income guidelines or represent a low income organization, neighborhood or community group.
Public Sector Representatives must be elected officials or their designee.
Private Sector Representatives may be from private or public business, industry, or the community at large.
