(Update: SEICAA is not accepting Requests for Proposals at this time.) The Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency, Inc. (SEICAA) will be accepting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from Certified Public Accounting firms for the purpose of performing its Annual Audit for calendar years 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. SEICAA will accept Requests for Proposals until 5:00 p.m. on August 16, 2021.

Southeast Idaho Community Action Agency Inc’s (SEICAA) Board of Directors has named Shantay Bloxham as its next Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of the organization. Ms. Bloxham succeeds Debra Hemmert, who led the Agency with distinction for 19 years. Bloxham’s will start in her new position on December 1, 2020. Due to the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on our community, SEICAA has decided to cancel the 26th Annual Project Warmth golf tournament. We are in the process of providing contributing sponsors with more information. We look forward to planning and hosting next year's tournament in 2021. Download the Complete Bid Packet Here SEICAA is accepting bids for the provision of hot and frozen meals for its Meals On Wheels program. Each meal must provide at least 1/3 of the Required Dietary Allowance (RDA) established by USDA. The contract period will begin on July 1, 2020 and end June 30, 2023.
