Program Information SEICAA's You've Been Flocked! Flamingo Fundraiser is a light-hearted effort whose proceeds benefit SEICAA's Bingham County office, particularly its emergency assistance funds. The effort challenges its participants - hereafter referred to as victims - to donate to SEICAA to rid their lawn, storefront, or yard of a flock of plastic flamingos. Program Guidelines SEICAA's You've Been Flocked! Flamingo Fundraiser is exclusive to Bingham County.
