Program Information SEICAA's You've Been Flocked! Flamingo Fundraiser is a light-hearted effort whose proceeds benefit SEICAA's Bingham County office, particularly its emergency assistance funds. The effort challenges its participants - hereafter referred to as victims - to donate to SEICAA to rid their lawn, storefront, or yard of a flock of plastic flamingos. Program Guidelines SEICAA's You've Been Flocked! Flamingo Fundraiser is exclusive to Bingham County. Due to the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on our community, SEICAA has decided to cancel the 26th Annual Project Warmth golf tournament. We are in the process of providing contributing sponsors with more information. We look forward to planning and hosting next year's tournament in 2021.
