SEICAA’s Self-Help Housing team puts the ‘act’ in action by offering homeownership opportunities to residents of Southeast Idaho.
Though each of our Self-Help Housing families have a story, they’ve all been brought together for the same reason: to obtain homeownership for the first time. Of the participating families:
- All of them earn less than 80% of the state median income.
- There are three ethnic groups.
- Most of our participants are single parents.
- All of them have at least one child.
Visit seicaa.org/homeownership/ for eligibility requirements and applications. Call (208) 232-1114 or email newhomes@seicaa.org for more information.
