SEICAA’s Self-Help Housing team puts the ‘act’ in action by offering homeownership opportunities to residents of Southeast Idaho.

We’re celebrating our Self-Help Housing program’s 20th Anniversary by reflecting on its transformational impact on Southeast Idaho. Since 2023:

- We have built 92 houses for Self-Help Housing participants.
- Most of our participants still reside in the houses we built.
- Most of them have also paid off their home loans.
- $250,000+ has been paid back, contributing to future development projects.
