In 1995, the historic Pocatello Police Station 1938 was acquired and renovated through funds provided by the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) as a 12 unit project for low-income individuals requiring efficiency apartments. Applicants for Station 1938 must make a minimum income of $500/mth. Tenants must be able to put utilities under their name. Criminal and credit checks are performed.
RENT: $300.00 /mo.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: First Full Month’s Rent
UTILITIES: Tenant must be able to put utilities in their name. Tenant pays Power services. Water, Sewer, & Garbage services included in Rent.
