…SEICAA’s “Mission: Possible” Raffle!

Starting June 1, 2021, SEICAA’s “Mission: Possible” Raffle is a month-long fundraising effort that aims to benefit everyone involved by combining a raffle with volunteer opportunities! Proceeds will benefit SEICAA’s Bannock County Community Services and Meals on Wheels programs. Together, everyone wins.

How Many Types of Tickets Are There?

There are two types of tickets: Raffle Tickets and Golden Tickets. Raffle Tickets may be purchased or earned. Golden Tickets can only be earned by purchasing a certain amount of Raffle Tickets at once.

How Do I Purchase Raffle Tickets?

Starting June 1, 2021, Raffle Tickets for SEICAA’s “Mission: Possible” Raffle may be purchased in-person at SEICAA’s Bannock County office (825 E. Bridger/Community Services) or online via PayPal.

NOTE: Raffle Tickets purchased online are made as online donations to SEICAA; therefore, entrants must indicate that their purchase is on behalf of SEICAA’s “Mission: Possible” Raffle, alongside with their name and contact information. If SEICAA’s “Mission: Possible” Raffle is not mentioned with their purchase, the entrant will receive a call from SEICAA asking for more details. Raffle Tickets and Golden Tickets may be set aside and not entered into their respective drawing pools until the entrant can be contacted.

Raffle Tickets are $10.00 each. If an entrant purchases $50.00 worth of Raffle Tickets or more at once, for every $50.00 spent he/she earns a Golden Ticket. Raffle Tickets and Golden Tickets may not be purchased after close of business June 29, 2021.

How Do I Earn Raffle Tickets?

Tickets may also be earned through volunteering for one of SEICAA’s “Mission: Possible” Raffle partners. Entrants interested in volunteering on behalf of SEICAA’s “Mission: Possible” Raffle must contact our partners and schedule their volunteer hours with them. For each hour of volunteer work performed, volunteers will receive 2 Raffle Tickets that must be turned into SEICAA’s Bannock County office before the drawing date. There are a limited number of these Raffle Tickets available, so they will be distributed on a “first come, first served” basis. Raffle Tickets may not be earned after close of business June 29, 2021.

How Do I Use Raffle Tickets and Golden Tickets?

Raffle Tickets purchased at SEICAA’s Bannock County office or online (provided a mention of SEICAA’s “Mission: Possible” Raffle and contact information are available) are automatically entered into the Raffle Drawing. Golden Tickets earned during Raffle Ticket purchases are automatically entered into the Golden Raffle Drawing – more on both of those below.

Raffle Tickets earned through volunteering must be turned into SEICAA’s Bannock County office by close of business on June 29, 2021.

Can I Exchange Raffle Tickets for Golden Tickets?

No, Raffle Tickets cannot be exchanged for Golden Tickets. Golden Tickets can only be earned by entrants who spend at least $50.00 during any single purchase.

Drawings

On June 30, 2021, two types of drawings will take place: The Raffle Drawing and the Golden Raffle Drawing.

When Raffle Tickets are turned in, they serve as entries to the Raffle Drawing. The Raffle Drawing includes various prizes whose estimated financial value are lower than or equal to the average price of all the prizes. Entrants do not pick which prize their tickets are entered for.

When Golden Tickets are turned in, they serve as entries to the Golden Raffle Drawing. The Golden Raffle Drawing includes various prizes whose estimated financial value are higher than the average price of all the prizes. Entrants do not pick which prize their tickets are entered for.

The Raffle Drawing and the Golden Raffle Drawing are composed of multiple rounds, where each round sees a prize up for grabs. A round is over when a Ticket is drawn. Once all of the rounds have passed, the Drawing is over.

How is a Winner Selected?

A round is won by the entrant whose Ticket was drawn during the Drawing.

Entrants are allowed to win multiple rounds in a Drawing and in multiple Drawings.

Winners will be contacted after both Drawings have taken place. If a winner cannot be contacted within one week after the event, a second round for the prize in question will take place. This process will repeat until a winner can be contacted.

If I Win a Prize I Do Not Want, Can I Reject It?

The winner of a prize does not have to accept the prize(s) they’ve won. If this occurs, a second round for the prize(s) in question will take place. This process will repeat until a winner accepts the prize(s).
