Notice: Upcoming Hearing for Idaho’s LIHEAP State Plan

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and SEICAA want you to be aware of the upcoming hearing for Idaho’s LIHEAP State Plan.

PURPOSE:  This Public Hearing Notice solicits comment on the proposed use and distribution of LIHEAP funds during Federal Fiscal Year 2025, as detailed in Idaho’s LIHEAP State Plan.

PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULE: A public hearing on the LIHEAP State Plan will be held Thursday August 1st, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  The public hearing will be presented via teleconference:

The LIHEAP State Plan will be available for review beginning July 8, 2024, at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Welfare, 450 West State Street, 2^nd floor, Boise, ID.  You may also review the Plan on our website.

PUBLIC COMMENT:  Anyone may submit written comments regarding Idaho’s LIHEAP State Plan. The public comment period will begin on July 29th – August 9th, 2024. Written comments must be postmarked no later than August 9th, 2024.  Comments may be mailed or delivered to:
