SEICAA Manor, a 10 unit complex for chronically homeless and/or disabled individuals was built in 2006 with funds from Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) via the McKinney-Veto Homeless Assistance Act. Tenants are required to participate in case management through SEICAA’s Housing program. Rent is calculated based on 30% of a tenant’s income. The complex is very close to grocery and convenient stores, as well as a PRT bus stop.
