Program Information SEICAA's Adopt a Family Program is an annual, collaborative effort between SEICAA and community donors (or sponsors) that aims to brighten the holiday season for families in need. Made possible by the generous support from local businesses and individuals, the Program distributes clothing, gift cards, and toys to participating families the week before Christmas. Southeast Idaho Community Action Agency Inc’s (SEICAA) Board of Directors has named Shantay Bloxham as its next Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of the organization. Ms. Bloxham succeeds Debra Hemmert, who led the Agency with distinction for 19 years. Bloxham’s will start in her new position on December 1, 2020. Due to the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on our community, SEICAA has decided to cancel the 26th Annual Project Warmth golf tournament. We are in the process of providing contributing sponsors with more information. We look forward to planning and hosting next year's tournament in 2021.
