Southeast Idaho Community Action Agency Inc’s (SEICAA) Board of Directors has named Shantay Bloxham as its next Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of the organization. Ms. Bloxham succeeds Debra Hemmert, who led the Agency with distinction for 19 years. Bloxham’s will start in her new position on December 1, 2020.
